After a few attempts, I am now sharing this recipe for aromatic and savory chicken masala powder.

I've always wanted to make a non-vegetarian masala mix, so I looked at the ingredients list on the back of a store-bought masala pack and gave it a shot. After a few tries, I finally got it right this time, which is why I'm writing this.
Ingredients:
2 tsps coriander seeds
2-3 red chilies
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 inch of cinnamon
6-7 Cloves
3–4 The cardamom
Anise (1 Star)
One bay leaf
1 tsp poppy seeds
One mace
1 inch of dry coconut and 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
How to make Meat Masala Step by Step:---------
1. Warm the pan add 2-3 red chilies, 2 tsps coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 inch of cinnamon, 6-7 Cloves, 3–4 cardamom, The Anise (1 Star), 1 bay leaf, mace. Roast till crisp and golden.
2.Next, add one inch of dry coconut, one teaspoon of poppy seeds, and one teaspoon of Kasoori Methi.
3. After 30 seconds of roasting, turn off the heat and thoroughly cool the roasted ingredients.
4. Move them to a dry, clean mixer jar.
